Immigrant Visas

The U.S. Consulate General in Naples is Italy's sole immigrant, fiancé(e), and diversity visa-issuing post and is responsible for processing immigrant, fiancé(e), and diversity visa applications for residents of Italy, Iran, and Malta. The Consulate provides these services by appointment only.

American citizens resident in the United States, legal permanent residents of the United States, and employers based in the United States who wish to file immigrant or fiancé(e) visa petitions for residents of Italy should contact their nearest Department of Homeland Security-Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services office in the United States. American citizens resident in Italy who wish to file immigrant visa petitions for residents of Italy should contact the Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, United States Embassy, Consular Building, Via Veneto 121, 00187 Rome, Tel (39) 064674-2190, Fax (39) 064674-2920. American citizens resident in Italy who wish to file fiancé(e) visa petitions for residents of Italy should contact an office of the Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, in the United States.

American citizens, legal permanent residents of the United States, and employers based in the United States who wish to file immigrant or fiancé(e) visa petitions for residents of Iran should contact their nearest Department of Homeland Security-Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services office in the United States.

Filing Immigrant and FiancÉ(e) Visa Petitions for Residents of Malta

American citizens resident in the United States, legal permanent residents of the United States, and employers based in the United States who wish to file immigrant or fiancé(e) visa petitions for residents of Malta should contact their nearest Department of Homeland Security-Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services office in the United States. American citizens resident in Malta who wish to file immigrant visa petitions for residents of Malta should contact the United States Embassy, Consular Section, Development House, Third Floor, St. Anne Street, Floriana, Valletta, Tel (356) 235-960, -961, -962, -963, -964, -965 (from 2:00PM to 4:00PM only); Fax (356) 243-229. American citizens resident in Malta who wish to file fiancé(e) visa petitions for residents of Malta should contact a Department of Homeland Security-Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services office in the United States.
